Little Gems Day Nursery has been established for 11 years and joined the Clear day group in 2005. Little Gems offers full day care for children aged from 3 months to after-school. The nursery consists of a large house which caters for children under 2 years of age. The purpose built extension has two large rooms one for toddlers and one for pre-school children. The large garden is divided to cater for each age group individual needs with adventure for everyone . Every day at Little Gems nursery is fun filled and exciting with many different activities organised for each age group.
The baby unit enjoys a weekly visit from Jo Jingles and staff and Children alike enjoy practicing Tiny Talk which encourages language development and communication through baby sign language. Toddlers enjoy a busy day dressing up and potty training with stickers for every achievement! A weekly visit from Leaps and Bounds is always fun. Pre-school children have a stimulating and busy day, enjoying many activities following the pre-school curriculum. Spanish Lessons, Debutots and a monthly outing makes a stimulating and fun time. Trips include W5, the Zoo, Streamvale Farm and the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum not to mention the annual visit to Santa and the summer trip to the beach.
